CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION FOR THE COMPETITION

Hamburg Harley Days 2022

These conditions of participation relate to the competition organised by uba gmbh, Offakamp 23, 22529 Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as the “organiser”). Participation in the competition is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation. The competition is in no way connected to Facebook/Instagram and is in no way organised or supported by Facebook/Instagram.

1) Duration of the competition

The duration of the competition is from 11.04.2022, 18:00 to 18.04.2022, 20:00. During this period, users will have the opportunity to enter the competition online.

2) Procedure of the competition

Participation takes place via

liking (clicking the “Like” button) the competition entry on Instagram OR Facebook AND

commenting on the competition post without hashtag or linking to other accounts on Instagram OR Facebook

And agreeing to these terms and conditions of entry. Entry is only possible within the entry period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered for the draw.

Only one entry per participant will be entered into the competition. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple accounts to increase your chances of winning.

Participation in the competition is free of charge.

3) Eligibility

Natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organiser and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.

If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of his/her legal representative is required.

All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the organiser as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the organiser reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example:

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the competition, (b) in the event of breaches of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

4) Winning, notification and transmission of the prize

The competition includes two weekend tickets for the Hamburg Harley Days from 24 to 26 June 2022 worth 38 euros including VAT.

The winner will be determined after the closing date by means of a random draw among all participants.

The winner will be informed promptly via private message and/or e-mail. The winner must contact hhd@bergmanngruppe.de by e-mail within 1 week. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be transferred by the organiser to another participant.

The prize will be handed over by e-mail at the expense of the organiser exclusively to the winner or the legal representative of the winner. An exchange, a self-collection as well as a cash payment of the prize are not possible.

The costs associated with claiming the prize (travel, etc.) shall be borne by the winner.

5) Premature termination of the competition

The organiser reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organiser will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, the organiser may claim compensation from this person for the damage incurred.

6) Data protection

Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. Participants affirm that the personal details they have provided are correct.

The organiser points out that all personal data of participants will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use.

All data voluntarily provided by participants will be recorded and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the prize. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. Participants are entitled to the statutory rights to information, modification and revocation.

7) Revocation

Participants are free to cancel their registration data at any time by sending a revocation to hhd@bergmanngruppe.de and thus withdraw from participation.

8) Liability

The organiser is not liable for the cancellation of the event due to corona or otherwise, nor for the consequences resulting therefrom for the implementation of the competition.

9) Contact, applicable law

The competition of the organiser is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

10) Severability clause

Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions of participation.
